Lampropeltis pyromelana – Arizona Mountain Kingsnake
Sage was purchased from a pet store in June 2017, with a history of eating issues. Unfortunately we learned during a vet visit that the cause is an irreversible congenital metabolic condition that is causing his spine to fuse in spots and soften in others, possibly Charcot’s disease. He is holding stable for now with small meals, pain medication and UVB supplementation.
